Australian fitness star Ashe Pines spent $1.85 million on a Gold Coast home as high construction costs delayed the construction of her family’s dream home.
CoreLogic records reveal that mother-of-two and husband Stephen Evans purchased Mermaid Waters in June.

Bines posted a YouTube video earlier this week sharing the news about her purchase of the new drug.
“We bought a house,” Pence said.
“We passed through this house at this location and as we walked through it…I started to get really excited.
“I had that feeling of being able to see our family here.”
“We’re still on the way to build but probably not for at least a year or two,” Baines said.
“Basically our builder came to us, and whoever builds a house will know, and he told us that the cost of building it would go up a lot.
“It was three times more.
“The construction was as if I couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t go up next week, or in two weeks, or in four weeks.”
“In fact, it’s much cheaper for us to get another mortgage than to renew the lease where we are now,” she said.
Their new home is described as “family entertainment” with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of open living space.
Pence, who gave birth to daughter Tala in June and has eight-year-old son Taj, runs a string of businesses including fitness programs and an activewear brand called Baseline.
She is no stranger to Gold Coast real estate after selling her Broadbeach Waters property for $2.2 million in January, 2020.
