As much as I love all the design inspiration that’s readily available via social media these days, no thing Compare to pouring out all the little details while flipping through the pages of a really cool design book!
The Big Book of Check This is a big, thick book full of surprise from the ever-talented Miles Red. If you are a design fan who loves colors and patterns, this book is for you! It is an investment but worth it!
Ralph Lauren – in his own style – This is fun for anyone who loves Ralph Lauren. It’s kind of an illustrated autobiography with details of his life and career, lots of fashion, and classic interiors.
homes for our time – This book is smaller than a regular coffee table book, so it’s great for small tables and side tables. It gives you a really cool look at contemporary homes all over the world.
Interior novel — When literature collides with interior design, this is the design book you’ll want to read from cover to cover. If you are a book lover and you love interiors too, you need this book! I turn it over every 6 months or so, and have owned it since 2014. It’s also a really great book for anyone still finding their personal style.
American fashion designers at home – This is a fun look at the homes of some of fashion’s greatest designers, like Tory Burch, Max Azria, Oscar de la Renta, and Carolina Herrera, to name a few.
Interior Tale – Another really cool for pattern lovers!
black + white These pages are filled to the brim with gorgeous interiors showcasing the most timeless designs.
Architectural Digest at 100: A Century of Elegance – Architectural Digest One of my favorite design magazines. Bulky and thick, this book celebrates the best of the magazine’s last 100 years. This is an heirloom quality book!
